Breezy Villa is a private ocean front villa situated on the south shore surrounded by the soothing blue hues of the ocean.
This elegantly appointed and comfortable villa has 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and French doors leading to incredible views of the ocean. The large living room has an entertainment centre which hosts a Plasma TV, DVD player, an assortment of movies, books and a stereo.
The villas gourmet kitchen is well equipped with state of the art appliances. One can choose to dine in the kitchen/dining room or "alfresco" under a covered porch or under the stars as one desires.
A spacious infinity pool along with lounge chairs, table and chairs and a BBQ complete this incredible oasis where there are always the trade winds that provide a soothing breeze.
Location of this ocean front villa: You are conveniently located close to Leeward Marina and only a 5-10 minute drive to the famous "Grace Bay Beach" and Grace Bay Road where you will find most of your shopping and entertainment needs.
RATES: (weekly - preferable weekend to weekend, a minimum of 5 days would be considered at a prorated basis.)

Notes:
Government tax of 11% will be added to your rental total. Due to the high rate of electricity on island the following has been implemented. 500 KW are allotted for a weekly rental (prorated on a daily basis), all usage above the allotted amount would be charged at the going rate per KW.
