The two-level Caribbean vacation house is built just steps from water's edge and entered via a long driveway with gated entrance. Beautifully landscaped grounds are in harmony with surrounding tropical native vegetation. A perfectly proportioned waterfront retreat for families or group of friends, there are 6 spacious bedrooms (two are master suites), all with ensuite bathrooms, guest powder room, a large upper level Great Room with balcony overlooking pool and exquisite ocean views; downstairs, a recessed covered outdoor dining terrace for alfresco dining or evening cocktails, family room/library with French doors accessing pool patio, large dining room and European- inspired kitchen, granite counters; balconies off every room and an expansive pool terrace.

Upper Level Living Room with pocket sliding doors to balcony giving enchanting beach and sea views; second balcony facing front gardens, cathedral ceilings, white-washed hardwood floors, 48" flat screen TV, DVD/CD player. Master Bedroom with King fourposter bed, three balconies overlooking beach and pool, and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower.  Queen bedroom and bathroom. Two bedrooms with double twin beds open to private balconies with sea view; en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers and granite vanities.

Lower Level Queen bedroom with four poster bed, en suite bathroom, marble tub with shower.  Covered terrace with outside dining Entry foyer and 2-storey high reception hall, Bajan stone clad walls, travertine tile and grand sweeping staircase to upper level. Air conditioned Library/sitting room facing poolside.

Guest powder room off entrance hall. Dining area with oak dining table seating 12 and French doors to outdoor dining terrace and pool patio. Very large gourmet kitchen, with granite countertops, large central island, commercial 6-burner gas stove with grill, double oven, 2 dishwashers, separate larder/pantry with double fridge-freezers, icemakers, microwave and lots of storage. Laundry room with double washing machines and double dryers.

Guest Apartment/Second Master Bedroom Suite:  Kingsize four poster bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchenette, sitting area with sofa bed and armchair, 52" flat screen TV, table for 4, private balcony facing beach.

Each bedroom has remote control air conditioning, ceiling fans, large closets and glamorous en-suite marble bathroom with granite vanity and shower.

Wonderful ocean views from every room of the luxury house and 4 of the 6 bedrooms have private balconies. Maximum occupancy is 12 guests, including children.

If approval is given for additional guests a charge of $50/per person per night will apply.
