The newly completed resort is comprised of two houses set apart in beautifully landscaped gardens,full of rich colors, native trees and vegetation, each building has its own private swimming pool. A paved walkway leads down the bluff to the boat and swimming dock.
Set back a hundred feet from the main house, the two level guest villa has two separate units, which can also be rented together. Upper level: 2 bedrooms/one bathroom and each bedroom has a private balcony looking north south and west - a panoramic view of the Chalk Sound, Silly Creek and the ocean. Living room opens out to private balcony.
The lower unit offers two bedrooms/1 bathroom with living-dining area facing the pool patio.
NOTE: To ensure privacy the lower unit will not be rented out when the upper unit is occupied.
