Casa Ananas is a spacious 3 bedroom villa, nestled within lush tropical vegetation at the very tip of Ocean Point. The Point is located between the beautiful beaches of Sunset Bay and Sapodilla Bay making for wonderful ocean views and cooling sea breezes.

Casa Ananas has a light, airy interior. On either side of the entrance foyer you will find two of the three bedrooms. Each with en suite bathroom, and air conditioning. Step down from the foyer into a large open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room is furnished with comfortable tropical style couches and chairs, and includes TV with cable service and stereo system. The large modern kitchen is fitted with top of the range stainless steel appliances, Corian countertops, and has a large central island for preparation. The adjacent dining area overlooks the pool deck and ocean and comfortably seats 6.

The living area opens onto a large screened porch with additional dining facilities and powder room. Access to the master suite is via this screened area, thereby providing additional privacy and seclusion for the occupants.

The air conditioned master suite is beautifully furnished in a colonial style with mahogany four poster bed. French doors open onto a private patio area overlooking the ocean - the perfect place for morning coffee. The master suite has a large en suite bathroom with double vanity and spacious walk in shower.

A large freshwater pool provides the perfect place to take a cooling dip in the afternoon. Steps lead down from the pool deck to your own private man made beach area, complete with chaises and ocean access via your own swimming dock.
