Emerald Shores Estate occupies 1.75 acres with 228 feet of water frontage on the Chalk Sound National Park, an area remarkable for its incomparable beauty and splendid views.
Newly completed, it is comprised of two houses set apart in beautifully landscaped gardens, full of rich colors, native trees and vegetation. Each building has its own private swimming pool and a paved walkway leads down the bluff to the boat and swimming dock.
