Privacy and luxury epitomize this Caribbean beach front villa. Situated on Sapodilla Beach cove on the southern coast of Providenciales, every room enjoys magnificent beach and ocean views of the scenic Bay.
The 2-storey Moroccan-inspired villa comprises 8,000 sq ft. The gated estate villa has lushly landscaped gardens, stone pathways and outdoor patios; its interior is sumptuously furnished with fine collectibles, rugs and artifacts, reflecting eclectic influences from Europe and the Orient. The entry leads to a grand sitting room opening onto the oceanfront patio with spectacular ocean views.
La Koubba's ground level has a formal dining room and gourmet kitchen; the master bedroom suite, with private balcony, TV, and luxurious bathroom occupies the opposite wing.
Two staircases branch out from the main level hallway leading upstairs to 4 bedrooms, each with private balcony. All bedrooms are air conditioned and most are equipped with TVs.
The property also has a guest cottage with a separate entrance from the front courtyard; This has 1 bedroom, ensuite bathroom, living-dining with TV, kitchen, and private patio, is air conditioned and sleeps 2 persons. The guesthouse is not rented to a separate party while the Main villa is occupied, but can be rented along with the main for larger groups needing the additional accommodation.
A flexible rate schedule allows the Main villa to be rented as a 3 bedroom (low season months only) a 5-bedroom villa, or 6 bedrooms, including guest cottage, with rates adjusted accordingly.
Chef service, grocery provisioning, baby-sitter, Spa Therapist, and additional housekeeping arranged on request.
Additional/Optional Sleeping Areas includes a 1-bedroom guest house
