The 2-storey Moroccan-inspired villa comprises 8,000 sq ft. The gated estate villa has lushly landscaped gardens, stone pathways and outdoor patios; its interior is sumptuously furnished with fine collectibles, rugs and artifacts, reflecting eclectic influences from Europe and the Orient. The entry leads to a grand sitting room opening onto the oceanfront patio with spectacular ocean views.

La Koubba's ground level has a formal dining room and gourmet kitchen; the master bedroom suite, with private balcony, TV, and luxurious bathroom occupies the opposite wing.  A King bedroom with adjoining bathroom is also on this level (Note:  this bedroom has garden views only).

Two staircases branch out from the main level hallway leading upstairs to 4 bedrooms, each with private balcony. All bedrooms are air conditioned and most are equipped with TVs.

The property also has a guest cottage with a separate entrance from the front courtyard; This has one air-conditioned bedroom, ensuite bathroom, living-dining with TV, kitchenette, and private patio.  The guesthouse is not rented to a separate party while the Main villa is occupied, but can be rented along with the main for larger groups needing the additional accommodation.

The property may be rented as a 6-bedroom villa (Main House), or 7 bedrooms, including guest cottage, with rates adjusted accordingly.
