Enhanced Protocols
Each of our properties are deeply cleaned and fully disinfected after every stay. All villas have complimentary personal hygiene items, such as hand sanitizers and face masks. All staff are fully masked to ensure your safety. Hand sanitizer is available at the villa. After each stay, villas undergo deep cleaning and full disinfectant.
Ministry of Health Approved
We've fully incorporated and expanded upon the requirements from the Turks and Caicos Ministry of Health cleaning protocols for villas.
We continue to monitor the safety and cleanliness protocols as required by the Ministry of Health and the industry, and procedures implemented at our properties may be adjusted as regulations change and are updated.
Our Team
All team and staff at Island Escapes TCI have received COVID-19 related health and safety training. All staff are required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and practice, as far as possible, physical social distancing.
Team members are fully instructed not to report for work if feeling unwell, or if they have been in contact with anyone suspected of having COVID-19.
