About this villa

Etoile de Mer is surrounded by palm trees on an acre of land on Sunset Bay one of the islands prettiest beaches and known for its privacy. Custom designed to catch the leeward breezes which gently waft through the house, Etoile de Mer feels more like a lovely home, not a rental. Divide your time between the beach, just steps away, and the large fresh water pool, gazebo and deck at Etoile. The gentle tides of Sunset Bay offer on opportunity to wade, swim, snorkel or kayak. The fine white sands bid you to take long walks or sit and watch the sunset.

This vacation villa is three floors: The ground floor is a self-contained apartment with its own exterior entrance (as well as an interior staircase to the upper level), living room, bedroom and full bath.

The Main floor on the pool and deck level has a spacious living room, large kitchen, screened in porch, two bedrooms, two full baths and a wrap-around veranda.

The upper level has the master suite with a balcony overlooking the bay, sunken bathtub, bathroom and a large two headed shower. All the charm of a luxury Caribbean vacation home is to be found at Etoile de Mer.

• 17 - minute drive from Providenciales International Airport (PLS)
• 2- minute drive to lovely Sapodilla Beach. Chalk Sound is a highly scenic natural lagoon in the southwest of Providenciales. This national park features shallow and brilliant turquoise water with hundreds of small rocky islands.
• 2 - minute drive to Taylor Bay Beach, known for powder white sand and clear, turquoise waters.
• 3 - minute drive to Las Brisas Restaurant.
• 10 - minute drive to the nearest supermarket
• 20 to 25 - minute drive to the world's best beaches (central Grace Bay) restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and Provo Golf Club are located.

• The pool dimensions are 28' X 12'; pool depth is 5'6". There is no lifeguard on duty.

Villa Policies

• This villa features a 3-bedroom main area plus a self-contained 1-bedroom apartment on the ground floor. The apartment is never rented separately from the main area.
• Air Conditioning is metered separately and charged at current market rate + 12% tax.
• Rates reflect an occupancy of 2 people per bedroom. This includes children/babies/infants.
• Generally offered weekly on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis
• No smoking
• No pets
• Check-in after 4:00 PM
