Villa Tropidero is a lovely 3 bedroom beach front villa located in Turtle Tail. Relax and enjoy cool Caribbean breezes in one of our provided hammocks or enjoy breathtaking sunsets from private second floor decks.
Enter into an open concept living room surrounded by glass sliding doors. This great room has ample seating and looks out over the wonderfully appointed pool deck and manicured gardens. Further in the distance you will see your own private beach overlooking the tranquil waters of the Caicos Banks.
Off to the left of the living room you will find a fully equipped including 4 burner electric stove, microwave, dish washer, refrigerator and ice maker. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room making it ideal for family gatherings.
All 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor. The villa offers a large master suite and two junior suites to accommodate a maximum of 6 people. All suites include separate A/C units, ceiling fans, private veranda access, DVD/CD players, flat screen TV, Direct TV, iPod docking stations, phone, wireless internet and hair dryer. Junior suites can be locked off to accommodate smaller groups.
All in all this property is ideal for families with children over 12. Villa Tropidero’s modular bedding configuration allows for accommodation for groups ranging from 2 to 6 persons all with rates that make it one of Provo’s best villa values.
DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS TO VILLA TROPIDERO
Driving directions from Provo (PLS) airport:
Take Airport Road to Leeward Highway past downtown Provo (~ 7 miles)
Go to Venetian Road and turn right at the Texaco station (~ 4 miles) to the villa. Venetian Road is partially paved and turns into Turtle Tail Drive. The villa address is: 374 Turtle Tail Drive. It is on the right with the villa name on a sign. It is the only two story villa in the group of four. It is just past the hill at Bristol Hills Road and is a beautiful raspberry color.
You will see Flamingo Lake on the left all the way out and the ocean on the right.

We drive on the left and use roundabouts for turns, so remember to always yield to your right when in one.
