About this villa

Villa Perroquet is the ideal place to enjoy a family-style vacation. Set 980 feet from the fabulous Leeward Beach, this villa offers a sparkling pool and large patio with coconut trees, sago palms, and plenty of seating. A poolside gazebo with built-in grill and shaded dining area creates the perfect setting for casual meals and barbeques.

For a change of scenery, take the cooler, portable beach chairs, and umbrellas down the street to the beautiful ocean. Crystal clear water and amazing views are just a short walk away!

Inside the villa are three comfortable bedrooms, an indoor living and dining area, full kitchen, and laundry room for guest use. The entire home benefits from ceiling fans and full house air-conditioning.

There's Wi-Fi throughout the villa, a 60-inch flat screen television, and portable Bluetooth speaker.

When you decide to venture out, the heart of Grace Bay, with it's selection of restaurants and boutique shops, is just a 6-minute drive away.

Villa Policies

Electricity allowance included up to $300 per week. Excess usage is charged at current market rate plus 12% tax.
Parties, events, and ceremonies are not permitted at the property. Please note the property can only be used by the guests included on the reservation and the property cannot be used as a venue or gathering place for friends, visitors, or invitees of the reserved guests.
Guests with children in the reservation are required to sign a children liability and damage form.

Home was perfect for our family of four. House and pool were very clean. Located in an extremely nice neighborhood and felt safe the entire time. The beautiful and secluded Pelican beach is just a couple blocks away-easily walkable. House is a short 5-7 minute drive from the action on Grace Bay. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. Provided beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas were greatly appreciated. Highly recommended this property and management company!! Thanks for a great stay!
