About this villa

Villa Perroquet is the ideal place to enjoy a family-style vacation. Set 980 feet from the fabulous Leeward Beach, this villa offers a sparkling pool and large patio with coconut trees, sago palms, and plenty of seating. A poolside gazebo with built-in grill and shaded dining area creates the perfect setting for casual meals and barbeques.

For a change of scenery, take the cooler, portable beach chairs, and umbrellas down the street to the beautiful ocean. Crystal clear water and amazing views are just a short walk away!

Inside the villa are three comfortable bedrooms, an indoor living and dining area, full kitchen, and laundry room for guest use. The entire home benefits from ceiling fans and full house air-conditioning.

There's Wi-Fi throughout the villa, a 60-inch flat screen television, and portable Bluetooth speaker.

When you decide to venture out, the heart of Grace Bay, with it's selection of restaurants and boutique shops, is just a 6-minute drive away.

Wonderful memories with our family made in this home. The catamaran tour was our favorite! Beach access between the two homes (vacant lot) was the secret entry way to the beautiful beach! Very private! Snorkeled in the cove there daily! Christine was a fantastic hostess and the home was very clean. It was all we needed. Thanks for another family vacation!

Highlights include: Snorkeling with Big Blue Collective (saw a reef shark 7 foot), kayaking through the mangroves with lemon sharks and sea turtles, coffee by the pool every morning and priceless time spent together as a family. This house was perfect for our vacation. We walked to the beach at the end of the road in the morning but spent our time mainly at Sunset Beach. It is close by but larger than "our" beach. Food: Chinson's Grill (best jerk chicken on island)! Owner Michael, warm and welcoming. Mr. Grouper, Omar's, Shark Bite -- all great. Drink: Mango/strawberry daquiri (Tango Twist) at Skull Rock. Cheapest alcohol at Wine Cellar. Passion Fruit Mojito at Omar's. To Do: Snorkeling with Island Vibes. Ferry to North and Middle Caicos. Mudjin Harbour for best Insta worthy pics. Enjoy your vacay. Hope you have as much fun as we did.
