Inside, the villa is fully air-conditioned and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and convenience. The primary suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with two twins—along with a second full bathroom, allow Gentry House to comfortably sleep up to six guests.

The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with KitchenAid appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave, making in-villa dining effortless. For added convenience, the villa also includes a full-sized washer and dryer.

Located within Leeward’s double-gated community with security at each entrance, the property is fully fenced and gated for enhanced privacy and peace of mind. his was a spectacular Villa!! We cannot say enough about it (really don't want to say anything and keep the villa to ourselves). Incredible backyard (great compromise for not being beachfront), very clean, all the amenities you could need, quiet, within walking to 2 beaches (Pelican Beach is the best - walk all the way down and around the point - just incredible) and in Leeward Settlement!! Ronald was the best!! From welcoming us to the villa, to recommendations for restaurants and excursions, to booking excursions, plus going out of his way to accommodate us when our plane home was cancelled. He always answered our messages and calls. Thank you Ronald!!
