About this villa

Alizee Villa sits on 1.9 acres, with 220' of beach front on the south shore of Providenciales. Taylor Bay beach is accessible via a private pathway from the house to the beach. At the beach you will find your own private deck with loungers.

This Villa features four bedrooms all with en-suite baths.

In addition to a screened sitting and dining area, there is a formal living and dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen that has a pass through to the screened porch. Villa Alizee is equipped with all major appliances.

The large pool is surrounded by a grand terrace and a covered gazebo, perfect for sun or shade bathing.

The Villa is comprised of one main building that has the Master bedroom and twin bunk beds in the second bedroom, the two King Pod are located on both end of the pool and an optional 5th king bedroom guest house, easily accommodating 10 adults.

Complimentary use of private Sunset Bay tennis courts a short walk away from the villa

Ann An amazing house with amazing views! Great variety of bedroom layout options, we liked having the separate guest house, the two detached 'pods'. It worked well for our group of all adults. The kitchen was really well stocked for cooking, lots of everything you need. The dining room was super great for big lunches or dinners and we loved playing board game in there at night. Beds were really comfortable, lots of super thick soft towels everywhere and bathrooms were clean and everything worked! We particularly loved the outdoor shower and bath in the master bedroom. Wifi was solid and reliable and best of all the multi split air conditioning units all were powerful and quickly cooled down spaces when you used them, but you could turn them off when you weren't around, saving power. The pool was lovely, outdoor spaces were comfortable and in the shade around the pool. The grounds were kept up and midweek maid service was nice. We can't wait to return.

Wonderful experience. Jona was fantastic and very helpful in getting us re-booked after our original trip was cancelled due to corona virus. Julien was very helpful once we arrived making our stay as comfortable as possible. Cant wait to go back!

We rented the villa property to celebrate a special birthday with a group of friends and family. I can't say enough good things about it. A previous viewer was right, there are views from everywhere. Front yard and side views of Chaulk Sound. Backyard view of Taylor Bay. Taylor Bay was my favorite part. Just beautiful, mostly private. The compound was spacious with separate sleeping spaces. Rooms and beds were comfortable. Plenty of places to hang out. The linens were nice. Beach towels and floats on premise. Sunrise view from the sound. Sunset over the bay. The property manager was responsive to our questions. The only issue we had was wifi. It was largely not available at the main house during the week but my cell service offered daily international data roaming plan and we got by with that feature. I would absolutely return to this property. If owner is ever interested in selling, please let me know!

The location and the property are spectacular. Communications very simple and quick. NO problems at all. Phenomenal!
