We had an absolutely phenomenal vacation at the Above Rocks Villa in Turks & Caicos. The property offers everything you could ask for—spacious accommodations, a beautiful pool, a well-equipped gym, and convenient direct access to the cove for swimming, snorkeling & kayaking. The views are truly breathtaking from every corner of the villa. We can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay—this place exceeds expectations, and you definitely won’t be disappointed.

I can’t express enough how magical Above Rocks truly is. From the moment you enter the gate, you’re transported into a private paradise. The home feels both luxurious and deeply welcoming, with every amenity you could need—and then some. The attention to detail is exceptional, and the views are absolutely breathtaking. While the beaches in Turks and Caicos are undeniably beautiful, you’ll find yourself wanting to linger at the villa, simply soaking in the serenity and beauty that surrounds you. Above Rocks isn’t just a place to stay, it’s an experience.

Our stay at Above the Rocks Villa was absolutely incredible. The home is stunning, impeccably designed & decorated, views of Chalk Sound that are even more breathtaking than the photos.
Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, from the best stocked kitchen to the countless indoor and outdoor spaces designed for relaxing, gathering, and taking in the breathtaking views. With a hot tub, fire pit, grill, gym, yoga platform and endless lounging areas, there was never a shortage of places to unwind. The water amenities (kayaks, paddleboards, snorkel gear, beach chairs) are a water lover’s dream and made exploring effortless. This villa is a true oasis, and we can’t wait to return.

We just returned from a girls' trip in Turks and Caicos. We stayed at a fabulous property, Above Rocks, and 'priceless' is the only way to describe the views. Staying on Chalk Sound is a dream, but this property takes it to another level. We loved that the house was so thoughtfully stocked - it truly felt like a home away from home from the moment we walked through that spectacular front door. Really! The front door is its own work of art. Having our own private pools and ensuites for every bedroom made the stay so comfortable and luxurious for everyone in our group. Whether we were kayaking right from the dock, feeding the fish or sharing late night stories on the deck, it was the perfect blend of adventure and much needed rest. There is something truly restorative about the turquoise waters of Chalk Sound, and Above Rocks was the perfect sanctuary for our girls' getaway. We are already plotting our return!
