We absolutely loved Above the Rocks Villa! The two beautiful villas were perfect for celebrating my 40th birthday with friends, and two of our friends even got engaged while we were there, so it will always be such a special place to us.
The property has so much to do, yet there’s plenty of space and privacy when you want it. The ocean dock was beautiful, Taylor Bay is close by, and nothing else we wanted to visit felt far away. Honestly, we barely wanted to leave because the house and property were so perfect!

We had an amazing stay at this vacation home! The house is beautiful, spotless, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The views are absolutely breathtaking from every room—you can enjoy stunning scenery from morning until sunset. I loved the outdoor showers the most. The peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to unwind. The home is spacious, tastefully decorated, and clearly well cared for. Julian was very excellent host and responsive to every request. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable vacation!

Above Rocks is much more beautiful in person than the photos. We never wanted to leave because the pools and view were so spectacular. Villas were very clean and comfortable and the main kitchen where we hung out was well stocked. Our grandsons had fun exploring the property from the fire pit to the hammocks, gazebo and gym. Beds were very comfortable with nice linens and outdoor showers were fun. The villas have flexible space that allowed our family to spend quality time together and make special memories. Cristal, Julian and the entire staff are friendly, caring and responsive and we thank them for all they did to make our stay comfortable. We didn’t want to leave!!

This was a true luxury vacation for my family and I. Above Rocks listing was strikingly beautiful and my expectations were extremely high, yet somehow the experience far exceeded even my highest hopes. Having both homes gave us plenty of space and felt more like a luxury compound than a vacation home. Thank you so much to the team for making it a great trip!
