Each bedroom has a king bed, wall-mounted TV, stunning views of chalk sound’s turquoise waters and an en-suite bathroom.

Caicos Cays Villa is situated on the beach of the Caicos Island, steps from the Chalk Sound National Park; a beautiful bay with rolling waves and crystal blue water, making it perfect for paddle boarding and kayaking. The waters are clear and shallow, making it a safe and relaxing bay to enjoy yourself.

• 3 - minute walk to lovely Sapodilla Beach. Chalk Sound is a highly scenic natural lagoon in the southwest of Providenciales. This national park features shallow and brilliant turquoise water with hundreds of small rocky islands.

• The pool dimensions are 30' x 11'; pool depth is 6'. There is no lifeguard on duty.

• 1 midweek cleaning included for a week stay

Villa Policies

• Air conditioning is separately metered and charge at current market rate + 12% tax
• The hot tub is optional, and usage is charged a flat fee of $200 per week +12% tax
• Generally offered by the week with Saturday-to-Saturday basis
• Rates reflect an occupancy of 2 people per bedroom. This includes children/babies/infants.
• Cancellation is 90 days prior to arrival date to get a refund less fees
