About this villa

Villa Blue Vista is a spectacular 6 bedroom, oceanfront villa located in scenic Turtle Tail, Providenciales, Turks and Caicos.

This modern, newly built property features spacious bedrooms and an extensive outdoor lounge and deck areas. The home features 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths on the main level and a separate 2 bedroom 2 bath guest house with its own entrance down below.

There is an oceanfront cabana located just feet away from the water’s edge as well as a kayak and paddle board shack, an outdoor shower, a day bed and a beverage center.

It is possible to rent all 6 bedrooms or only 4 bedrooms for a reduced rate. The pool has the option to be heated (for an extra fee) for those who desire.

Villa Policies

An allowance of $500/week for Electricity is included. (Please note any power overage is charged back at market rate + 12% tax)
Pool heating, if required, charged at $100/day + tax
Optional Butler Service from 9am to 1pm : $200/day + tax (Subject to availability and should be arranged in advance)
Check-in after 4:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM

This was was simply amazing. We had our wedding there with our Family under the gazebo facing the beautiful Turquoise Sea. The House was top notch with all the amenities. This was a dream vacation with all our family members. We will be life long visitors to TC and hoping to do a reunion in 5 years at this amazing Villa.
