About this villa

Tamarind Villa is a luxurious 6 bedroom villa located directly on the beach at Smith’s Reef, western Grace Bay Beach. Each grand bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, and master suites have private balconies.

Extensive indoor and outdoor dining options are perfect for large groups or special celebrations, and lends itself perfect for private chefs and catering.

The villa is within walking distance of restaurants in Turtle Cove, and a short drive to central Grace Bay.

The AC is metered on a separate meter located in the laundry room. You will be shown the meter at check-in and are given the first $400 per week of AC cost at no charge for the months of November to April and $200 per week for the months of May to October; beyond that you will be charged actual costs at current rate per kilowatt hour. AC is metered to discourage use with doors and windows open. There are 9 separate air conditioning systems in the villa to allow guests individual adjustment of AC in occupied rooms. The pool heater is optional and guest may split the $400/$200 AC allotment to heat the pool in cooler months.

Pool Information:

• The pool dimensions are 34'8" X 19'9"; pool depth is 6'4". There is no lifeguard on duty.

Villa Policies

• Air conditioning (and pool heating) included up to $400 week (November through April) and $200 week (May through October). Please note any overage is charged back at market rate + 12% tax
• Rates reflect an occupancy of 2 people per bedroom. This includes children/babies/infants.
• Generally offered weekly on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis
