About this villa

As of August 20, 2025, construction commenced on a nearby lot approximately 100 ft from the villa. We have been informed that the project is expected to wrap up around August 2026, although we cannot guarantee this timeline as we are not affiliated with the contractor. Construction has generally taken place Monday–Friday (full day) and Saturday (until noon), with no Sunday work planned, though schedules may change without notice. Because we do not control the project, we cannot accurately predict the level of noise at any given time.

That said, we've hosted 37 families since construction began and have not received any negative feedback related to the construction. To account for the possibility of occasional disruption, a discount has already been reflected in the current rental rates.

Villa Allegria is a luxurious, 6-bedroom beachfront villa located in tranquil Leeward, Providenciales. This beach is the eastern extension of Grace Bay Beach, without all the crowds.

This home was designed with natural light in mind. Once you enter the villa through the grand Arcadia doors, you’ll be greeted with an open-concept layout leading right onto the beach.

Amenities on site including, Foosball, Air Hockey, Four in a Row, Corn Hole, Table Tennis, a collection of board games, kayaks, paddle boards, a BBQ grill and many more! There’s also a fire pit outside on the patio near the private saltwater pool for those looking to enjoy lounging outside in the evening.

Nearby is the Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Course, the amenities and restaurants of Blue Haven Marina and Resort, and the nature reserves of Little Water Cay and Mangrove Cay.

Central Grace Bay is only a 6-minute drive away. The airport is approximately 18 minutes away.

• 11 - minute drive from Providenciales International Airport (PLS)
• 6 - minute drive to the world's best beaches (central Grace Bay) restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and Provo Golf Club are located.

Pool Dimension: 33' x 11"; pool depth is 4-7 Ft. There is no lifeguard on duty.

Villa Policies

• A/C is metered to prevent wastage. A credit of $300 per week is included. (Please note any overage is charged back at market rate + 12% tax)
• Rates reflect an occupancy of 2 people per bedroom. This includes children/babies/infants.
• A cleaning fee of $600 + tax is added to the rental rate.
• Optional pool heating for $900 per week + tax
• Generally offered by the week with Saturday-to-Saturday basis
• Cancellation is 90 days prior to arrival date to get a refund less fees
• No smoking
• No pets
• No events allowed
