About this villa

This 4,000 sq. ft beachfront villa is wonderfully situated directly on western Grace Bay Beach - rated among the top beaches in the world. Swim and snorkel just steps from your door in the clear crystalline waters of Provo's north shore.

A short walk along the beach from the villa are Smith's Reef and Coral Gardens Reef, two of the island's finest snorkelling reefs within swimming distance from shore.

This spacious and supremely comfortable holiday home consists of two levels, with 6 bedrooms each en-suite and air-conditioning in the bedrooms and main living area.

A formal dining room accommodates 12, and adjoins a beautifully outfitted gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar.

Stepping through the entrance foyer, is a great room with wet bar, and separate television den; floor-to-ceiling glass doors lead to the outdoor covered patio, a perfect area for entertaining, alfresco dining, or poolside lounging. From the quiet privilege of Serenity's beachfront patio, take in the view of Provo's north shore reef, yachts and fishing boats beyond, windsurfers and parasailers breezing overhead in the distance.

The villa's upper level has two master suites (King beds) overlooking the beach and ocean; while the third (King) and fourth (Queen) bedrooms overlook the front gardens.

The lower level contains two additional garden view bedrooms, one with two Twin beds and the other with a King bed. A guest powder room just off the Great Room, and laundry room complete the accommodations.

Serenity House is surrounded by colorful tropical foliage in a large and private garden. A perfectly situated beachfront vacation rental, the house combines privacy with proximity to Grace Bay's attractions - shopping, fine restaurants, golf, fishing, diving and water sports activities.

• One mid-stay housekeeping service is included in a 7-night stay.
• Information on supplementary services such as chef, grocery provisioning, babysitting, and masseuse are available upon request. Please note the guest must confirm with us in advance of any providers that will be visiting the property. Please contact us for an approved list of service providers.

Villa Policies

• Complimentary electricity allowance of $550 per week after which excess usage is charged at current market rate plus 12% tax.
• Pool heating optional and an additional charge plus 12% tax.
• A liability form for incidentals needs to be signed during check-in.
• Guests with children in the reservation need to sign a children liability form. Up to maximum 6 children/infants/babies per reservation. For reservations with 4-6 children, there is a $400 Children's Deposit due at the time of the reservation. This deposit is refundable as per deposit guidelines. Please contact us for further details.
• Parties, events, and ceremonies are not permitted at the property. Please note the property can only be used by the guests included on the reservation and the property cannot be used as a venue or gathering place for friends, visitors, or invitees of the reserved guests.
• No luggage drop off (no lockable area for guest possessions prior to check-in)
