Hesperides House is a brand new five-bedroom luxury waterfront accommodation in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Named for the mythical garden at the edge of the western world of ancient Greek lore, and the three nymphs of the golden light of sunset who tend to it, Hesperides House is a stunning contemporary residence that lives up to its namesake. Located on the sunny southwestern shore of Provo in exclusive Silly Creek Estates, the home is situated in a private gated community on the edge of Chalk Sound National Park, where it faces sweeping Caribbean sea views across the Caicos Bank to West Harbour Point and the unspoiled shoreline of Frenchman’s Creek Nature Reserve.

Hesperides House offers everything you need for a perfect and indulgent getaway. Swim in the infinity-edged pool while gazing across the mesmerizing cobalt of the Caicos Bank, relax in the waterfront gazebo caressed by the ocean breezes, or cozy up around the sunken fire pit to enjoy the perfectly framed sunset before dining al fresco on the outdoor terrace. A few steps from the patio and pool deck take you down into the gin-clear, sandy-bottomed water of the bank, where swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking await. Behind the home there is a wading beach on Silly Creek, where the protected and shallow waters are perfect for young children. The home’s location on the edge of the national park provides miles of shoreline and deserted beaches to explore by kayak or paddleboard. If that’s not enough to keep you content, beautiful Taylor Bay and Sapodilla Bay beaches are just down the road, and great dining is a few minutes away at Las Brisas and Bugaloo’s.

The home was designed by acclaimed Coast Architects and carefully laid out to take maximum advantage of its incredible setting, with 4000 feet of interior space and another 4000+ feet of decks and terraces, for over 8000 feet of combined living space. It blends modern simplicity of structure and open floor plan living with incredible attention to materials and details. Built in three distinct pods for both privacy and community, it includes a large living and dining room with vaulted ceiling, a contemporary kitchen with gourmet appliances, five bedrooms, all en suite and including a master with an outdoor tub and shower, multiple decks and terraces, and a library with 65” TV, Sonos and home theater system. Beautiful gardens and lush tropical plants surround the house, giving it a tranquil tropical feel and providing privacy and seclusion.

• 17 - minute drive from Providenciales International Airport (PLS)
• 4 - minute drive to lovely Sapodilla Beach. Chalk Sound is a highly scenic natural lagoon in the southwest of Providenciales. This national park features shallow and brilliant turquoise water with hundreds of small rocky islands.
• 3 - minute drive to Taylor Bay Beach, known for powder white sand and clear, turquoise waters.
• 4 - minute walk to Las Brisas Restaurant.
• 10 - minute drive to the nearest supermarket

• The pool dimensions are 40' X 17'; pool depth is 5'. There is no lifeguard on duty.

Villa Policies

• Electrical consumption of $500/week is included. (Please note any power overage is charged back at market rate + 12% tax)
• Rates reflect an occupancy of 2 people per bedroom. This includes children/babies/infants.
