About this villa

Hesperides House is a brand new five-bedroom luxury waterfront accommodation in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Named for the mythical garden at the edge of the western world of ancient Greek lore, and the three nymphs of the golden light of sunset who tend to it, Hesperides House is a stunning contemporary residence that lives up to its namesake. Located on the sunny southwestern shore of Provo in exclusive Silly Creek Estates, the home is situated in a private gated community on the edge of Chalk Sound National Park, where it faces sweeping Caribbean sea views across the Caicos Bank to West Harbour Point and the unspoiled shoreline of Frenchman’s Creek Nature Reserve.

Hesperides House offers everything you need for a perfect and indulgent getaway. Swim in the infinity-edged pool while gazing across the mesmerizing cobalt of the Caicos Bank, relax in the waterfront gazebo caressed by the ocean breezes, or cozy up around the sunken fire pit to enjoy the perfectly framed sunset before dining al fresco on the outdoor terrace. A few steps from the patio and pool deck take you down into the gin-clear, sandy-bottomed water of the bank, where swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking await. Behind the home there is a wading beach on Silly Creek, where the protected and shallow waters are perfect for young children. The home’s location on the edge of the national park provides miles of shoreline and deserted beaches to explore by kayak or paddleboard. If that’s not enough to keep you content, beautiful Taylor Bay and Sapodilla Bay beaches are just down the road, and great dining is a few minutes away at Las Brisas and Bugaloo’s.

The home was designed by acclaimed Coast Architects and carefully laid out to take maximum advantage of its incredible setting, with 4000 feet of interior space and another 4000+ feet of decks and terraces, for over 8000 feet of combined living space. It blends modern simplicity of structure and open floor plan living with incredible attention to materials and details. Built in three distinct pods for both privacy and community, it includes a large living and dining room with vaulted ceiling, a contemporary kitchen with gourmet appliances, five bedrooms, all en suite and including a master with an outdoor tub and shower, multiple decks and terraces, and a library with 65” TV, Sonos and home theater system. Beautiful gardens and lush tropical plants surround the house, giving it a tranquil tropical feel and providing privacy and seclusion.

We just returned from an incredible week at Hesperides House. This luxury villa exceeded our expectations; it truly was paradise. I wish we could give it more than 5 stars. Our vacation was a family reunion of sorts and being at this beautiful villa allowed us to reconnect and relax. The fully equipped kitchen gave us the opportunity to have a home cooked breakfast each morning with eggs (frying pan), pancakes (griddle), bacon (pan), toast (toaster and toaster oven), coffee (coffee maker),and tea (tea maker). Everything listed and more included, you name it they have it. Renting the Hesperides House gave us the opportunity to tailor make our vacation to fit us. The villa has enough room to accommodate everyone if you want to be together and yet affords you the opportunity to carve out a little spot just for yourself to meditate, relax, read a book or take a nap, because you can. Every area of the house had enough room for all of us to be together. The beautiful and unique dining room table seats 10 as well as the living room where we all gathered to watch the GoPro footage of our snorkeling adventure. We gathered around the fire pit after dinner to chill, chat and have some cocktails. One night we played games around the outdoor glass-top table. In one of the hallway shelves there are several games to choose from as well as a deck of cards. We did not need to go to a dance club, the music, which was piped through the Sonos inside and outside, was on all day and night and the outdoor lighting makes you feel like you are in an intimate club. We literally spent every minute we could outside enjoying the amenities afforded to us at this outstanding villa. We were only inside to sleep and eat breakfast. The views from this home are spectacular. There is a sunset deck with Adirondack chairs which is the ideal spot to watch the sunset. Although at any given time of the day you could look out and see someone there. Some took their first cup of coffee and sat there and watched the sun come up over the villa. Other mornings found someone doing yoga or meditation. The colors and views are just fantastic! As things quieted down each night some of us found ourselves stargazing on the deck. The amount of stars you can see are incredible. On the hallway shelves they even have included books about stargazing to help you find things in the night sky. I tell you they have thought of EVERYTHING! Without a doubt we highly recommend Hesperides House.

The pictures on the web site as beautiful as they are simply do not do this place justice. Everything about this house is absolutely amazing. Highlights include: The Pool - Infinite and overlooking the ocean. Enough said! Poolside Nap Pods - Great place to catch some shade, read a book or take an afternoon nap. The Adventure Toys - Home included five Kayaks. That's right - FIVE Kayaks! All Kayaks were equipped with paddles, life preservers and anchors. House also had high end scuba masks, snorkels and fins (At least 5 sets) as well fun pool floats. We kayaked everyday and the house's location offered many exciting potential destinations including Taylor Bay Beach, Chalk Sound and Turtle Island for the truly adventurous. The Sunset Deck - We watched the sunset all but one night from the Sunset deck and the views did NOT disappoint. If you are seeking inner peace look no further. The Gourmet Kitchen - This kitchen had it all: six burner gas grill, oven, microwave, dish washer, large stainless still fridge with ice maker, blender, coffee maker, toaster oven, ample wine and Margarita Glasses, griddle for homemade pancakes and much, much more. We love to cook and this was an unexpected surprise. Eating all of our breakfasts and most of our lunches at home saved us a ton of money. The Outdoor Grill - Mac Daddy stainless steel grill was great for for pool side burgers and steaks. Rectangular Fire Pit / Outdoor Sofa Area - Although it was never really quite cold enough to warrant the fire pit, we fired it up every night just for the ambience. Great area to play cards and/or board games (which were already at the house). TWO Washer and Dryer - Although we didn't do any laundry while we were there, we used the dryers constantly to dry swim suits and towels. The SONAS System - We were able to play our own Spotify playlists throughout the house and pool side. Soothing Island music by day, Dance Party music all night. Killer! TVs - Why anyone would ever want to watch TV in this house is beyond me. That being said each bedroom had it's own flat screen and Apple TV. There is also a large flat screen in the living room which is covered by a painting which is raised and lowered via remote control. Felt like just the Jetson's. I could go on and on but have to cut this review short given the space limitations set by VRBO! Please do yourself a favor and book this place NOW. You will NOT regret it. It will be a week you will NEVER forget!
