South Seas Villa offers a tranquil and private setting for your tropical vacation. The 5 bedrooms of this villa are nestled around the four acres property allowing each member of your group to find their own solitude if desired or be together in the screened sun room overlooking the ocean. The sofas in the sun room offer a comfortable area to enjoy beautiful sunsets and water views allowing guests to experience a level of peace, serenity and privacy rarely found at any Turks and Caicos vacation rental.

The wonderful oceanside gazebo with comfortable seating is found at the end of a winding path that also leads down to the ocean shore, perfect for some snorkeling in the turquoise waters to explore the secrets of this island paradise.

The 43 foot long, 21,000 gallon private swimming pool wraps gracefully around the curving angles of the sun room, perfect for a cool dip after a day of play on the sandy beach of nearby Taylor Bay Beach.

This traditional island style property offers all the modern comforts paired with quirks and character. Two bedroom with bath are ensuite of main villa (both bedrooms accessed via the outdoors), a two bedroom Guest House with shared bath, and the Carriage House with bath ensuite is a large studio style cottage, featuring bedroom/living room/dinette and bathroom. Both the Guest House and the Carriage House are equipped with kitchenettes for your comfort and privacy.

The interior space of the South Seas Main House boasts a wonderful sun room with pillared screened windows, overlooking the pool. The media/family room is a great place to come together to watch a movie, catch up with the news, or use the internet.

The kitchen is bright due to the large window over the sink looking out onto the ocean and equipt with double refrigerators for amble storage space.

The formal dining room is graced by a unique scroll work dining ensemble.

The South Seas property is blanketed by lush tropical landscaping, with brilliantly hued flowers and the rich deep, greens of the tropics. Nestled within this space are the Guest House and Carriage House, two very private hideaways with their own kitchenettes, sitting rooms and TV’s, perfect for couples looking for a little privacy away from the extended family.

The Guest House has one bath, coupled with two bedrooms, a sitting room and kitchenette. One bedroom is furnished with two extra-long twins that can be used as is or convert to a king, while the other bedroom is equipped with king bed.

The Carriage House is open plan. It includes a bath, a small kitchenette, a living room area with TV and seating, along with a king bed.

South Seas can be rented without the Carriage House as a 4 bedroom villa.
