Villa Mirabelle is a stunning five bedroom villa located directly on Sapodilla Bay, Providenciales. Beneath the raftered, cathedral ceilings, the living/TV area furnishings are colorful and comfortably large; pocket doors hide away to reveal unobstructed views of the covered terrace, pool and ocean beyond – and invite an errant cooling tropical breeze. Meanwhile, the space expands to a well equipped kitchen area, with glass topped stove beneath an extraction hood, corner wine cooler, ample natural wood faced cupboards, granite topped counters and stainless steel everything … and a generous light filled area to accommodate a 10 person formal dining setting.

The 4,000 sq ft area vacation villa includes an open, airy second floor master bedroom suite, complete with its own covered deck and seating area; while bedrooms two, three and four are located on the ground level, to enjoy pool and garden views. A separate guest house contains the fifth bedroom, with its own kitchenette and living room.

An overhang extending from the ocean side of the Mirabelle Villa creates a second generous living area, shaded and easily accessible, yet an intrinsic part of the gathering places that populate the pool terrace. Here, on the terrace - where stately coconut palms preside over the pool and banks of colorful foliage transform the property into a world of its own – one experiences the full extent of hospitality the Mirabelle Villa offers; clusters of sun-loungers and comfortable exterior furnishings are available for sociable chats, reading and relaxing through the day, stargazing at night, or enjoying cocktail hour while observing the barbecue dudes hovering over their sizzling, smoky offerings off to the side of the exterior dining area.

Perhaps the most luxuriously tropical example of hospitality is discovered when straying from the comfort of the terrace to follow the sun dappled path to the beach. Suddenly, the awe-inspiring radiance – created by the sun reflecting off the white sand in the shallows; the gradual turquoise tinge emerges as the shoreline gradually retreats into the depths of the shipping channel; the perfect crescent of silky soft pale sand warms your toes as the summer trade breezes stir the air, and the sky above stretches out to infinity.

• 17 - minute drive from Providenciales International Airport (PLS)
• 4 - minute drive to lovely Sapodilla Beach. Chalk Sound is a highly scenic natural lagoon in the southwest of Providenciales. This national park features shallow and brilliant turquoise water with hundreds of small rocky islands.
• 3 - minute drive to Taylor Bay Beach, known for powder white sand and clear, turquoise waters.
• 4 - minute walk to Las Brisas Restaurant.
• 10 - minute drive to the nearest supermarket

• The pool dimensions are 40' X 18'; pool depth is 8'. There is no lifeguard on duty.
