Villa Blanca is located within the prestigious private community of Sunset Bay on Taylor Bay. The villa is strategically located on the ridge just off the beach, offering spectacular ocean views. A private beach path with secured coded access - located adjacent to the villa's driveway-brings you right to the beach in 30 steps where your loungers await you!

Taylor Bay Beach is a beautiful white powdery sand half-moon shaped secluded beach. The water is warm, calm and shallow, making it very safe and enjoyable for young and old alike. From the moment you wake up you are entertained by the turquoise hues of the pristine waters of Taylor Bay just off your doorstep.

Villa Blanca offers 360 degrees ocean views of the Caribbean Sea and surrounding Chalk Sound and Silly Creek. In fact, there is a fantastic ocean or water view from every room in the house! Last but not the least, enjoy amazing, tropical sunsets from the wrap around covered terrace and the infinity edge plunge pool.

The Villa is decorated in a contemporary style & white decor with a colorful splash of paintings, giving you a fresh and clean feel of a boutique hotel suite, within the privacy of your own villa.

Ceiling fans throughout the villa provide cooling air. All windows and doors are screened. Most days have gentle ocean breezes that provide nice ventilation throughout the house. For those warmer days, split air conditioning is available in the living room and kitchen, as well as in every bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with unique ocean and beach views while you are cooking! All stainless appliances, built in electric glass cook top with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher. Blender, toaster, coffeemaker, Nespresso machine (with start up supply of capsules), water cooker, stainless steel pots and eco-friendly ceramic pans. All cooking utensils, dining plates, glasses and cutlery provided. In-house laundry facility: washing machine and 2 dryers. Complimentary laundry detergents, hand and dish soap, cleaning products, dishwasher pods and garbage bags for your convenience.

The living room offers a flat screen TV. WiFi is available throughout the villa and on the outdoor porch. Landline with free local calls included.

OUTDOORS, POOL & BEACH

Covered wrap-around breezy porch providing shade and offering unobstructed ocean views and amazing sunsets. Infinity edge, fresh water plunge pool with color adjustable LED lights and equally great ocean views. Thick cushioned teak patio & outdoor dining furniture. Ambience outdoor lighting. Gas barbeque. 4 private chaise loungers are provided for the guests on the beach, secured with a lock. Additional portable beach chairs and beach umbrellas are provided at the villa. Private driveway and ample parking right next to the villa.

Complimentary bottle of wine, beers and water upon arrival. Complimentary use of private Sunset Bay tennis courts a short walk away. Tennis rackets and balls provided. Nightly private security guard patrol of the community & beach area.

• 17 - minute drive from Providenciales International Airport (PLS)
• 2 - minute drive to lovely Sapodilla Beach. Chalk Sound is a highly scenic natural lagoon in the southwest of Providenciales. This national park features shallow and brilliant turquoise water with hundreds of small rocky islands.
• 5 - minute walk to Taylor Bay Beach, known for powder white sand and clear, turquoise waters.
• 3 - minute drive to Las Brisas Restaurant.
• 10 - minute drive to the nearest supermarket
• 20 to 25 - minute drive to the world's best beaches (central Grace Bay) restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and Provo Golf Club are located.

• Air Conditioning is metered separately and charged at current market rate + 12% tax.
• Rates reflect an occupancy of 2 people per bedroom. This includes children/babies/infants.
