Conch Beach Villa is a sprawling three-bedroom, three-bathroom luxury villa nestled in the Turtle Cove area of Providenciales. Immerse yourself in natural beauty and relax in this newly renovated villa that includes a hot tub, private freshwater swimming pool, private tennis court and basketball goal, and a BBQ grill. The villa offers the perfect home base for unwinding as well as exploring paradise.

The modern, airy villa includes all the amenities you need to have a carefree luxury getaway. Unwind in the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area with stunning views of the beach. The fully furnished beachfront property has Wi-Fi, A/C, a washer and dryer, ceiling fans, a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs, and flatscreen TVs for entertainment. The private property includes a security system for peace of mind.

The master bedroom at Conch Beach Villa features breathtaking views of the calming turquoise ocean water, a four-poster, king-sized bed, patio access, an en-suite bath, and a large flat-screen TV. Each of the other two bedrooms has a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, and flat-screen TV. The second bedroom offers a serene garden view, and the third bedroom has a king-sized bed that can be configured as a lofted twin bed or three twin beds.

Outdoor amenities at Conch Beach Villa include colorful grounds with perfectly manicured flowers, a private pool, a covered deck, and a spacious patio to unwind and soak up the Caribbean sunshine. Take an afternoon nap in the private hammock, or revel in remarkable sunsets from the soothing waters of the villa’s hot tub. For adventures off-property, hop in one of the kayaks and explore scenic Grace Bay. Venture off the property and swim out to the best snorkeling on the island, Smith’s Reef, located just steps away. There are six restaurants to choose from at Turtle Cove Marina, all within walking distance.

• Cancellation is 90 days prior to arrival date to get a refund less fees
• Rates reflect an occupancy of 2 people per bedroom. This includes children/babies/infants.
