Step into luxury at Cerulean Villa, a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom villa located in the pristine Chalk

Sound area of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. This sprawling, modern vacation villa offers

stunning views of the azure blue waters of Chalk Sound, a private pool and deck, contemporary

furnishings, and everything you need to unwind and relax in paradise. With floor-to-ceiling

windows, bright open spaces, and exquisite amenities, SRA Villa is the perfect place to call

home while you vacation in the Caribbean.

The upscale beachfront vacation rental features high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, cable TV,

and a fully equipped kitchen. You can brew some fresh coffee, cook a full meal in the kitchen,

and enjoy dining indoors or al fresco under the crisp blue sky. The kitchen features an oven,

coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishware, and ice machine.

There are also barbecue accessories for cooking your fresh catch of the day or grilling other

savory foods while you relax in the warm Caribbean breeze. Sip wine on the patio or savor al

fresco dining with unforgettable seaside views in the well-appointed outdoor spaces at the villa.

In addition to outdoor chairs and tables, the estate includes loungers for poolside relaxing.

For your convenience, the villa has all of the modern amenities you would expect in a luxury

vacation rental. Amenities include air conditioning, a safe, a smart TV, a washer and dryer, and

a sound system. The three plush bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with a shower, vanity,

water closet, hair dryer, toiletries, and luxury linens. The master bedroom features a king-sized

bed that sleeps up to two people. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed that

accommodates two people, and the third bedroom has two single beds for two additional

people. Whether you’re on a couples’ getaway or bringing the whole family, SRA Villa is well-

equipped to give everyone space to unwind in comfort.

Outside the villa, you’ll find a barbecue grill, kayaks, paddle boards, a pool, and plenty of

outdoor seating to soak up the tropical sunshine and relax. Take a dip in the pool, lounge in the

sun, or barbecue under the stars. Enjoy convenient beach access and venture out to explore

the sparkling clear waters of Chalk Sound by kayak or paddleboard.

The beachside luxury villa is conveniently located less than a 5-minute walk from Sapodilla Bay

Beach and Taylor Bay Beach. The prime location allows you to sunbathe on white sandy

beaches or participate in a wide range of water sports, including snorkeling, swimming, scuba

diving, sailing, and more.
