The villa's just-off-the-beach location (one lot back) affords privacy & seclusion, with the powder-soft sand and turquoise hues of Sapodilla Bay being only steps away. This contemporary home with open concept living spaces is located on the south coast in Chalk Sound in the upscale private community of Harbour Gates at the end of a quiet cul de sac. Whether sipping cocktails or morning coffee, the outdoor spaces were designed to maximize guests' abilities to enjoy our tropical & temperate climate day or night. Relax and recline on the comfortable loungers & get sun-drenched by day and stargaze at the dazzling constellations at night. The impressive wood paneled terrace provides not only shade, but it's an elegant and comfortable milieu to enjoy al fresco dining. Don't feel like cooking? Las Brisas Restaurant & Bar is only a short walk away, and overlooks Chalk Sound National Park and its hypnotic and surreal shades of 'chalky' turquoise water. Go from pool to beach in 2 minutes! We provide a wagon, large cooler and folding beach chairs. The waters are calm & shallow for about 50 feet from shore. Perfect for floating and playing ... or just floating. Here on this west-facing beach, the sunsets are spectacular. Taylor Bay is equally calm and shallow and just a short drive away. A little longer than Sapodilla Bay, this beach is perfect to enjoy a morning walk, or another sunset perspective.
