Villa Policies

• Electricity is metered in order to discourage AC use with doors and windows open. Guests are given the first $200 per week of electric cost at no charge (Please note any power overage is charged back at market rate + 12% tax)
• Generally offered by the week with Saturday-to-Saturday basis
• Cancellation is 90 days prior to arrival date to get a refund less fees
• Rates reflect an occupancy of 2 people per bedroom. This includes children/babies/infants.
• $285 Cleaning fee plus tax is added to the rental rate
