As you drive through the secured entry gates to this Mediterranean inspired, 2- story, luxury villa, you will feel “at home” with its spaciousness and privacy. The property is secured by six-foot walls and fencing along with 24-hour monitoring of security cameras, alarm system and motion lighting. Upon entering Villa Siena, you will find a Living/Family area complete with a Bar counter, sectional sofa, 65” smart TV and 22 feet of glass sliding doors opening out to the pool area with comfy sofa seating and lushly landscaped private yard.

Upstairs you’ll be mesmerized at the 30-foot vaulted ceiling, gourmet kitchen completes with a 6-burner gas Viking stove, a built in Thermador refrigerator, breakfast counter, and more cabinets than you will ever use. There is a large formal dining area to seat 8, sofa and chair seating including a 70″ smart TV. The entire area opens up with 32 feet of glass doors to the upper terrace, complete with Dining area, lounge area, and Barbecue grill area.

Villa Siena is situated on an oversized lot with a gated entrance. Tall palm trees and tropical landscaping surround the villa on all sides. The 1st floor terrace opens out to the “floating” swimming pool which has an infinity edge on 3 sides and features an ancient Italian well ring in the center. You will find comfy sofa seating under the covered terrace and various chaise loungers surrounding the pool area outside. The entire yard is secluded for complete privacy. The upper terrace is complete with a dining table and chairs, a built-in grill area and a lounge area.

The Master Suite is situated on the 2nd floor. It is furnished with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a large stand alone shower, double vanity, and his and her walk-in closets sliding glass doors will take you out to the balcony over looking the pool and yard area.

Bedroom 2 is a suite located on the 1st floor level and is complete with a four- poster king bed, an en-suite bathroom which includes a tub, a large stand alone shower, and vanity. The double French doors will lead you out to private terrace which connects to the pool area.

Just off of the Family Room, Bedroom 3 is a suite also located on the 1st floor. It is complete with a king bed, walk-in closet, large stand-alone shower and a vanity. Through the double French doors, you will find a private terrace area with a “splash” pool which waterfalls into the larger swimming pool.

Bedroom 4 is a detached Guest Suite, complete with a Queen bed, fully equipped kitchenette, sitting area, and bathroom with walk-in shower and vanity.

The convenient location of Villa Siena is a short 2-min drive from the Turtle Cove Marina, restaurants, shops, bars, tour operators, and more.

• Located 100 steps from the entrance gates to the beach path onto Grace Bay Beach.
• 11 - minute drive from Providenciales International Airport (PLS)
• One minute drive to Turtle Cove area (restaurants and bars).

Pool Information:

• The pool dimension is 40' x 24'; pool depth is 4'. There is no lifeguard on duty.

Villa Policies

• Electricity (including A/C) of $400/week (Please note any power overage is charged back at market rate + 12% tax)
• Rates reflect an occupancy of 2 people per bedroom. This includes children/babies/infants.
• Generally offered weekly on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis
• No smoking

• No events allowed
• Check-in after 4:00 PM
