Water Edge Villa is a one-bedroom luxury rental in beautiful Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. Designed with your comfort in mind, this beachfront vacation home delivers a wealth of amenities and exceptional service. At Water Edge Villa, every creature comfort is at your disposal. The elegantly furnished property features a spacious living room, infinity-style plunge pool, wi-fi, in-villa washer and dryers, maid service, large ceiling fans, and air conditioning throughout to ensure a comfortable stay.

The villa’s open-concept design gives it an airy feel, and the luxe décor seamlessly blends Caribbean color pallets with modern European finishes. Picture windows provide gorgeous turquoise ocean views and fill the living spaces with warm natural light.

On the main level, the gourmet kitchen is a foodie’s dream, featuring a gas range, French-door refrigerator, dinnerware, cutlery, marble countertops, custom wood cabinetry, a dishwasher, and a breakfast bar. The kitchen flows into the spacious and inviting living room, where you can relax on the comfy sofa while streaming movies and TV shows on the 65-inch Google TV. The living room’s glass, double-pocket doors open onto a partially-covered patio that overlooks the pool, exotic foliage, and white-sandy beach.

A grand master suite occupies the home’s upper level. The bedroom features a plush, king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and two spacious terraces overlooking Grace Bay Beach on one side and Turtle Cove on the other. The spa-style, ensuite bathroom has a romantic soaking tub, a separate shower, and large vanities.

The property’s charming outdoor living spaces are equally impressive. The main level outdoor space offers a partially-covered patio with alfresco dining, lounge furniture, a plunge pool, a BBQ grill, and direct beach access. Step onto the master bedroom’s furnished terrace to enjoy a stunning, turquoise ocean view while sipping your favorite beverage.

A wealth of outdoor adventures await just steps away from Water Edge Villa. Enjoy world-class snorkeling at Smiths Reef, home to the Caribbean’s most beautiful coral reef and awe-inspiring marine life. • Cancellation is 90 days prior to arrival date to get a refund less fees
• Rates reflect an occupancy of 2 people per bedroom. This includes children/babies/infants.
• $235 cleaning fee plus tax is added to the rental rate
