Villa Policies

This one bedroom villa can be rented along with Beach Escapes Villa Two, for guests looking for a two bedroom property. The two properties are adjacent.

No children and no pets. This is an adult only property. Maximum of two (2) adults only.

Both electricity and water are precious and expensive commodities here in TCI, so we ask that you use both with care and keep doors and windows closed when the A/C units are on.

Parties are prohibited. No persons other than the registered Guest or Guests shall be permitted on the Property except with the express permission of the Host in writing.
