Whether sipping cocktails or morning coffee, the outdoor spaces were designed to maximize guests' abilities to enjoy our tropical and temperate climate day or night. Relax and recline and get sun-drenched by day and stargaze at the dazzling constellations at night. Enjoy swimming and kayaking in the hypnotic turquoise waters of Chalk Sound National Park. Discover the enigmatic rock iguanas on the tiny offshore islands. The pool terrace offers an elegant and comfortable milieu to enjoy al fresco dining. Don't feel like cooking? Villa Policies

This one bedroom villa can be rented along with Beach Escapes Villa Two, for guests looking for a two bedroom property. The two properties are adjacent.

No children and no pets. This is an adult only property. Maximum of two (2) adults only.

Both electricity and water are precious and expensive commodities here in TCI, so we ask that you use both with care and keep doors and windows closed when the A/C units are on.

Parties are prohibited. No persons other than the registered Guest or Guests shall be permitted on the Property except with the express permission of the Host in writing.

Our stay at Chalk Sound was absolutely incredible from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted and given a thorough tour of the villa, which made us feel instantly welcome and helped us settle in with ease. The host was exceptional, attentive, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure every detail of our stay was perfect. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and it was clear they truly cared about their guests’ experience. The location is simply breathtaking. Waking up to the stunning turquoise waters of Chalk Sound each day felt like a dream. The villa itself was beautiful, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable vacation. This was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay, and we are already looking forward to returning. We will 100% be back! Highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Turks and Caicos. 🌴☀︎💙

I stayed here a few weeks ago with my girlfriend, and it was honestly an awesome experience. It was a short drive away from the airport. There are restaurants nearby. The view from the back patio/pool was incredible. You get your own small beach and pool in the backyard, and a bbq pit incase you want to cook. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, and I would absolutely come back to this spot, specifically, if we ever travel to the island again! Thank you guys so much for hosting us. 10/10 experience!

This place was an absolute dream!! Everything was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. This was a perfect place that we got to spend our 20th anniversary at! Thank you for the beautiful stay!

This was by far the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. We came for our babymoon and it was honestly hard to leave. The listing photos don’t do justice to how beautiful this spot on Chalk Sound is. It was so peaceful and private and we loved being able to go from the ocean to the pool all day long. The house is clean and modern with gorgeous views. The included beach chairs and umbrella allowed us to walk over to Taylor Bay Beach. Tip: Don’t go to Sunny Foods. We later noticed some of what we purchased was expired. Make the drive to Graceway IGA for groceries. it’s worth it.
