The stay looks exactly like the Photos. Beach area is peaceful and relaxing. There were guests at both neighboring houses during our stay and we hardly knew they were there. Beach and pool were very private with a fence while the water view stay unobstructed. We used the kitchen to cook a meal a day and had much of what we needed.
10 minutes from the airport and the larger grocery store you'll want to go to. Property was beautiful and well kept. A perfect stay for a 2 person getaway!

I’m so glad I booked!!! Turks and Caicos is gorgeous but like all places Grace Bay is packed with tourists and a bit of scene. It’s close enough in the car, parking is easy, if you want to go out for dinner or drinks. This area is so much better to stay, it’s so close to Taylor Bay Beach, but if you love the gorgeous views and a bit more quite Chalk Sound Provincials is for you. This place offers so much room with private beach access, pool and THAT outdoor shower and bath. Perfect for solo, or couples, or just two friends who don’t mind sharing! You won’t regret it!

Dineshwarie was patient, flexible, and understanding after my travel plans changed multiple times. She recommended great grocery delivery, restaurants, and taxi companies to make my trip as smooth as possible. The space was clean and inviting, and the area is private and quiet. While it’s far (25 minute drive) from the Grace Bay area, we enjoyed the peace and there were beautiful beaches and great restaurants walking distance from the property. Finally, Dineshwarie was also kind enough to let us check out later than 10 am since our flights weren’t until later that afternoon which meant a couple more hours of beach time.
