VIlla Casa Barana is a paradise! Beautiful private drive leads to stunning Tuscan architecture and old world iron gate. Lovely enclosed courtyard between buildings surrounds the pool and hot tub. A few steps to nearly private white sand cove with crystal clear water. Gourmet kitchen, breathtaking view from Master Bedroom’s covered terrace. Emerald seas and tropical breezes were idilic. The professional maintenance and management are evident. Paul the property manager was top notch, responding within minutes with needed instructions or dispatching maintenance within the hour. Overnight security guard and alarm system were comforting. Our 4 couples and 3 grandchild had a truly outstanding, worldclass vacation here. The property easily accommodates 4 couples and is an excellent value. There is so much thoughtful care put into your stay, from the rum punch greeting to the helpful instructions to the well stocked home. We loved this place and would return in a heartbeat. Enjoy!

We had an exceptional time from beginning to end! The property is absolutely lovely with privacy, security, and attentive staff available in person. Mid-week cleaning was excellent as well. Extra fine touches started when we arrived and received a rum punch reception with a thorough orientation to the property. The nightly security guard was an added feature that made us feel safe at all hours. We would highly recommend this property for an outstanding vacation!

Our family had a perfect vacation in February 2026 at Casa Barana Beach Villa in the Turks and Caicos. The villa is a beautiful, exceptionally well-maintained six-bedroom property, with spacious ensuite bathrooms for every room — ideal for families or groups. The home features a very large, well-appointed kitchen, generous indoor and outdoor dining areas, an outside shower, and a comfortable living room with TVs and every amenity you could need. The courtyard is stunning, and the pool and hot tub create a relaxing oasis surrounded by beautiful landscaping and gardens.
Casa Barana is wonderfully child-friendly, with an onsite crib, port-a-crib, and plenty of sand and beach toys, including kayaks. The private beach is absolutely gorgeous — turquoise water, shells, turtles, and unforgettable sunrises and sunsets. You can walk along the beach to Da Conch Shack, only 12 minutes away!
We especially appreciated the privacy, onsite security, and the excellent husband-and-wife team who take care of the property and promptly handle anything that comes up. The location is also very convenient — close to the airport, supermarkets, and the delicious restaurants in Grace Bay.
A truly special place for a relaxing and memorable family getaway. Highly recommended. We had a 5-star holiday and Casa Barana is a definitely a place we all want to return to.

Casa Barana is an exceptional home! The pictures, as beautiful as they are, don't do this modern Tuscan-style beachfront villa justice. It was loved by everyone in our group, kids and grandparents alike. This property offers something for everyone. We especially loved the large gathering spaces, perfect for relaxing, and the kitchen was a chef's dream. The privacy and the inviting pool offered wonderful relaxation, and the tranquil deck setting was ideal for spending quality time together. The beachfront offered incredible snorkeling, just 25-50 feet away, which was a huge highlight for our entire group. The property management team was absolutely amazing, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable vacation. Casa Barana delivers on its promise of luxury, space, and convenience, making it the perfect high-end retreat. Zero complaints, would re-book in a heartbeat. Can't wait to return!
